Drawing process
The time to do the work varies this depends on how busy my schedule and the response time with the client (If you have a specific deadline in mind, please provide it)Time between sketch is around 1 week no longer than 2 weeks if nothing occurs suddenly.

2. Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email within 3 days and i'll send you a invoices are due within 3 days. Invoices past the due date will be cancelled along with the commission associated to it.I will reject your request if I am incapable of drawing them.
3. Initial payment
Once payment is made, I'll give you a confirmation of receipt and begin on your commission, send you a draft, and you can make any amendments here.
4. Final payment
(Only for clients who are paying separately.)You'll make the final payment at 70% of the drawing process' completion (similar to the second picture for the sample above).
Corrections
I will send periodic updates for your confirmation, during which you can request Minor and major corrections. The complexity of the correction may incur additional costs. Any corrections requested upon completion will cost extra. Prompt replies will expedite the commission process.* Major changes will not be received at the finished work *Major revisions count as:
pose, compositions, expressions, background, outfit change etc.
Minor revisions count as:
base colors, acessories / armon /symbols details, hair length etc.
Terms & conditions
By accepting this transaction, you, as the client, agree to the following:
Refunds are not possible, the non-commercial commission must be used for personal purposes only.
As artist
Retain all rights to the produced drawing.
Publish the commissioned work in my social networks.
Use commissioned work as a portfolio.
Post quick painting video of commissioned job.
Reject your order if I do not feel comfortable with the subject, deadline, etc.
As client
You retains all rights to the character.
You may NOT use the commissioned work for profit.
You may print the commissioned work for personal use.
You may post commissioned work on your own social media/website with proper credit.
Credits are to be given when shared publicly.
I have right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.
